The AI Honest Agency
We set it up once. Then it's yours.
Most agencies want to lock you into a monthly contract. We'd rather build the campaigns and hand them over for you to manage, and only come back in when you need us. Book thirty minutes and we'll plan what yours looks like.
Pick a time
Thirty minutes on video. The link comes with your confirmation.
The thirty minutes is about your business, not about us. Nothing to prepare.
Who you'll be talking to

Mitchell Falcke
Founder
Why I started eXtra
I'm Mitchell, one of the founders of eXtra. I've spent my whole career in marketing agencies, and left to change it up: set the thing up properly once, teach you to run it, and hand over the keys instead of an invoice every month.
Who I've worked with
In previous agency roles I led campaign execution and CRM optimisation across household name brands like Poolwerx, Bakers Delight and Goodstart Early Learning.
What I do now
What I enjoy is the whole journey rather than one slice of it: the paid media that brings someone in, the measurement that proves it worked, the website that turns a visit into an enquiry, and the CRM that keeps them warm. Joined up, the numbers start to mean something.
What most agencies won't tell you in 2026
The platforms have handed the controls to the algorithm.
Search and social have removed a lot of the levers specialists used to pull, and a lot of it is now algorithm-optimised.
AI does the heavy lifting.
The building, the reporting, the copy, the checks: the work that used to fill a retainer now takes a few hours a month.
The expertise is no longer locked away.
The knowledge that used to sit behind an agency door is available to anyone who wants it. What is still worth paying for is judgment, not access.
The team can be streamlined.
No account manager in the middle, no junior learning on your campaigns, just one senior operator plus the machine.
What we set up, once
We plan it with you
What you sell, who buys it, where the business is at with marketing, and what the budget can carry. You get the plan whether or not you go ahead.
We build it in your accounts
Your Meta and Google accounts, your billing, your data. Set up properly once, with the tracking working and the structure the platforms now expect. Competitor analysis and a landing page review are part of it.
We hand it over
We show you how to run it, what the numbers mean, and which buttons to leave alone. Then it's yours. There's a check-in thirty days later, because we don't let you fail quietly.
If you get stuck or something breaks, book an hour and we'll sort it. Some work really does take hours, and that's what an hourly rate is for. If you'd rather we ran it week to week, that's a different way of working and we'll talk about it on the call.
How the thirty minutes goes
Nothing to prepare
No forms and no homework. Turn up and tell us where the business is at with marketing, even if that's nowhere yet.
On the call
We talk through where you're at, then map what we'd set up to get you live. In plain English. If what you've already got is working, we'll tell you that.
After
You keep the plan either way. If you want the setup, we scope it and give you a start date. If you don't, nothing happens. No sequence, no chasing.
Who this is for
Who it's for
You sell through enquiries, quotes, bookings or consults. You're spending on Meta or Google now, or about to start. You'd rather own the thing and run it yourself than pay someone every month to log in for you. Never run an ad before? Even better.
Who it isn't for
Agencies and freelancers reselling this, and students. If you want someone to take it off your hands entirely, say so when you book, because that's a different conversation and worth having properly.
